AJ Hermalin - Founder

My365 Virtual Office was founded with a clear mission: to provide expert-managed Microsoft 365 services, remote desktop solutions, and reliable IT support for Canadian small and medium-sized businesses.

Founder AJ Hermalin began his journey in IT back in 1998, starting as a web developer during the early days of the internet. His career evolved into system administration and IT management roles for national security and construction supply firms. But everything changed after working at a traditional Managed Services Provider (MSP) that prioritized profits over people.

Tired of unethical practices, hidden fees, and poor customer experiences, AJ launched AJ Managed Services in 2014 with a simple goal: offer dependable IT services, transparent pricing, and genuinely care about the customer’s success.

After years of growth and co-founding Key2IT in 2017, AJ realized that true excellence meant specialization. With over two decades of experience using Microsoft tools—from Windows Server to Microsoft 365 and Azure—he chose to focus entirely on the Microsoft ecosystem.

In April 2024, My365 Virtual Office was born: a managed IT services provider focused exclusively on Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and modern workplace solutions. The name reflects our belief in enabling businesses to work securely from anywhere, on any device, without the need for a physical office.
